1.Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the phwine website at https://phwine.club and all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, APIs, and services.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the phwine Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded by phwine that is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures as required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and oversees phwine's online gaming operations.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money or bonus funds on the Platform.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phwine Platform and creating a Player Account, you expressly and unconditionally accept these Terms in their current form. These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the Platform, including browsing, registration, depositing, wagering, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing funds. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phwine Platform.

phwine reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on record or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3.Eligibility

To register and use the phwine Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of phwine, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or by phwine.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party in connection with wagering activity.

phwine reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by phwine may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4.Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money wagering features on phwine, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on a government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Residential address in the Philippines
• Valid email address and mobile number
• Preferred payment method details (GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine bank account)

You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

phwine may at any time require you to complete enhanced KYC verification, including submission of a government-issued photo ID (passport, Philippine National ID, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts with pending KYC requirements may have deposit, wagering, or withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.

Each person may hold only one (1) phwine Account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent ban and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. phwine accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. phwine does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or anonymous payment methods.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phwine targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. phwine is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

KYC hold. phwine may place a temporary hold on any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively by submitting verification documents before placing withdrawal requests to avoid delays.

Currency. All transactions on phwine are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

phwine may, at its sole discretion, offer bonus funds, free spins, cashback, or other promotional benefits to Players. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Key general bonus rules applicable across all phwine promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal is permitted from the associated balance.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• phwine reserves the right to cancel, alter, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies, will result in cancellation of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

7.Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phwine are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the applicable game rules. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for software-based games, or by physical live dealer dealing for live casino games. phwine's games are independently audited for fairness.

phwine publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games. Displayed RTPs are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session or wager.

phwine reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, as a result of technical malfunction, or in connection with any form of cheating, collusion, or system exploitation. Voided wagers will result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account balance, with no additional payment.

8.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phwine Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or PAGCOR prohibition.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or misconfigured game settings for financial gain; any such winnings will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating any activity that interferes with the integrity of phwine's systems, games, or other players' experience.

9.Responsible Gaming

phwine is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide Players with the following tools, accessible from account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits)
• Session duration reminders (alerts after a specified period of continuous play)
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited exclusion from the Platform)

Responsible gaming features, once activated with stricter limits, take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the restriction. 10.Intellectual Property

All content on the phwine Platform, including but not limited to the phwine brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of phwine or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of phwine's intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phwine's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. phwine shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of gambling profits or loss of data, arising from Platform use.

phwine does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of games or services. phwine will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned downtime in advance. Wagers already confirmed and in progress at the time of any technical failure will be resolved in accordance with the available game data; in the absence of sufficient data, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

12.Account Suspension & Termination

phwine reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account, and to withhold or void associated balances, where phwine reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
• The Player's account activity is consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal conduct;
• The Player is or becomes ineligible to use the Platform under Section 3;
• phwine is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting phwine support. Verified real-money balances remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of phwine shall first be submitted to phwine's internal dispute resolution process by contacting phwine support. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.Amendments to These Terms

phwine may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phwine will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as grammatical corrections or reorganisation of clauses without substantive change) may take effect immediately. The current effective version of these Terms is always accessible at https://phwine.club/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
